Social media management for busy Auckland business owners

Sound familiar? You know you should post more, but by the end of a long day, Instagram is the last thing on your mind.

Social media management is the regular planning, creating and posting of content on your business’s Facebook and Instagram pages. I help busy Auckland business owners keep a consistent, professional presence without having to think about it every day. You see and approve posts before they go out, and your plan spells out the platforms, number of posts and what’s included — no vague “unlimited” promises.

Who it’s for

Is this right for you?

  • You’re a busy owner who never finds time to post
  • You run a salon, café, shop or trade with work worth showing off
  • Your pages have gone quiet or look inconsistent
  • You want a plan instead of posting when you remember

What social media management gives you

  • A steady presence

A monthly plan keeps your pages active without the last-minute scramble.

  • You stay in control

Posts come to you for approval before they’re published, unless you’d rather not.

  • On-brand, every time

Consistent visuals and a tone of voice that sounds like your business.

  • A clear monthly scope

Agreed platforms and post numbers, so you know exactly what you’re paying for.

Scope

What a social media plan can include

Platforms, post numbers and reply times are agreed in your plan.

Included

  • A monthly content plan
  • An agreed number of posts on agreed platforms
  • Captions and graphics using your photos or properly licensed images
  • Scheduling and publishing
  • Comment and message monitoring, if included
  • A short monthly summary

Not included unless agreed

  • Paid advertising (see Facebook & Instagram ads)
  • Photo or video shoots
  • Round-the-clock replies
  • Guaranteed follower growth

How it works

How social media management works

You’ll know what happens at every step — and nothing starts until you’ve agreed the price.

  1. Get to know you

I learn about your business, customers, tone and what you want to be known for.

  2. Plan the month

I prepare a plan of posts, themes and key dates.

  3. Create and approve

I create the posts and send them to you for approval.

  4. Publish and review

Approved posts are scheduled, and each month I look at what’s working.

Questions

Social Media questions, answered.

Have a different question? Ask me directly.

Which platforms do you manage?

Usually Facebook and Instagram, as they suit most local businesses. Other platforms can be discussed if your customers are there.

Do I get to approve posts before they go out?

Yes. Posts come to you for approval first, unless you tell me you’d prefer I publish without sign-off.

Will you reply to comments and messages?

Only if that’s included in your plan, with reply times agreed upfront. Some owners prefer to handle replies themselves.

Do I need to supply photos?

Real photos of your work, team and premises usually connect best with local customers, and I’ll suggest what to capture. I can also use properly licensed images where they suit.
